POLICIES
Leisure Travelers
Reservations & Deposit
A deposit is required upon reservation. A deposit in the amount
of the first night's stay will be charged at time of reservation.
All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee.
Reservations and rates are confirmed based upon your length of
stay.
Some dates and times of the year have minimum stay requirements.
Changing reservations or length of stay after initial reservation
may change the rate and/or availability of rooms.
Cancellation
Reservations cancelled more than 10 days in advance of arrival
date will be refunded their deposit, less a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations received less than 10 days in advance of arrival
date forfeit their deposit, or receive a voucher to apply toward
a future stay.
30-day cancellation for holidays and special events.
All cancellation charges are pending inn's ability to re-rent
the room. Reservations guaranteed with a credit card will warrant
any cancellation fees charged to that card.
Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute
a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation
policy.
Children
We love well-behaved children of any age!
Dogs
Small and medium dogs are welcome in our special room designed
just for our furry friends: Ground floor room with dog door and
fenced side yard. Dog fee: One time $30.00
