By booking a reservation you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
We are a smoke/vape free and open flame free environment. Smoking/vaping is permitted on the sidewalk or parking lot.
Guests are responsible for missing items from the room and will be charged for full replacement value.
Guests are responsible for damage done in the room and will be charged full restoration cost plus any lost revenue from being unable to rent the room. Foul smells is considered damage.
Disruptive guests (of any age) may be asked to leave without refund. We do not have any toys, cribs, plasticware or any other baby/toddler related equipment. Any guest under the age of 18 cannot occupy a room without a parent or guardian.
Children over 9 and are welcome in the main house when accompanied by a well behaved parent or guardian and supervised at all times. Children under 9 may only be accommodated in the townhouses. The B&B is not really suitable for children and many guests come here for relaxation and to be away from their own children, so please be mindful and respectful of that.
Dogs are welcome in our special room designed just for our furry friends: Dog fee: One time $25.00 fee per dog. Maximum 2 large breed dogs or 3 small breeds. Credit Card must be on file, and damages will be billed accordingly. Sorry we cannot accommodate cats.
This house is on the Historical Registry and in order to preserve the integrity of the home we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. There are 3 stories and there is NOT an elevator. Please make sure prior to booking that you are reserving a room that you are physically able to get to. Rooms on the 3rd floor have a fire escape system, by reserving those rooms you agree that you are comfortable to utilize the fire escape system in the event of an emergency.

Add-ons, Packages, Specials or Gift Certificates
Payment made with a donated Gift Certificate
Reservations made via a 3rd party booking website/agency
Reservations for major college/university events (Homecoming, Family Weekend, Graduation)
BALLOON FIESTA/Gov and Corp Rates
Reservations during Balloon Fiesta require a 3-night minimum stay and 50% deposit of the entire stay. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations during Balloon Fiesta Dates.
Government rates are for one single person traveling on government business.
Please call to determine the extra person rate if you have booked government rate, and have more than one person.
Our system is setup to communicate by email regarding your reservation. For each reservation, you should expect to receive the following:
Confirmation Email - Immediately after the reservation is made. If you do not receive this, the reservation has not been completed or it has be caught up in your SPAM/JUNK folder.
Welcome Email - About 1 days prior to your arrival. This will provide you with some information.
Thank You Email - Sent out a few days after your checkout date.
If your reservation is a surprise and you have special communication requirements, please contact us prior to making the reservation.
Entry codes may be sent via email and text to the number we have on file.
Your Payment, Cancellation and Modification Policies are determined by the Rate Plan you choose. If you reserved through a 3rd Party Booking Agent, they own the reservation and their Terms and Conditions apply. A $25 non-refundable processing fee (deposit) is required upon reservation for single night stays and a deposit equal to 1 room night is required for multiple nigh stays. All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card guarantee. Reservations and rates are confirmed based upon your length of stay. Payment in full will be charged to the card on file on the day of check in prior to your arrival. Please see Balloon Fiesta Polices if traveling for that event. Reservations for 3+ rooms or 2+ nights may require a non-refundable deposit of 25% 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. If a non-refundable deposit is required, this will be communicated to you in advance.
A $25 non-refundable processing fee (deposit) is required upon reservation. For multiple night reservations the first night rent is due for deposit. Some dates and times of the year have minimum stay requirements. Adding room nights are allowed without a fee. Removing room nights are considered a cancellation for the removed room nights and follows the Cancellation Policy for the total price of the removed room nights.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged the entire stay plus taxes. Reservations cancelled outside the 24 hour window will forfeit their $25 non refundable processing fee/deposit.
No shows are charged the total price to the payment method on file and the room night(s) are held open for you should you show.
Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy.
The Mauger Estate Reserves the right to cancel or relocate guests in the event a room becomes unavailable or removed from service.
