Meet The New Owners
The legacy of the B&B was recently handed off in new ownership in April of 2018. Being a young, progressive couple, Leigh, Stephanie and their daughter Alexis put an incredible amount of effort and heart into creating authentic #NMTrue experiences with their guests. “Although we are firm believers in, “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it” we had to adapt and modernize some processes at the B&B to accommodate for the evolution of travel and technology. This was necessary in order for us to be able to sustain the estate as a “Bed and Breakfast” which it has been operating as for nearly 30 years. We want guests to come and really feel the heart of our city when they are in our home. Everyone is welcome no matter what walk of life you have experienced. All we ask is that you treat everyone in our house the way you would like to be treated. We are proud members and supporters of the LGBTQ community as well as MANY other communities. The bottom line is that people know when they come to this home, they are welcome and safe. Blending of cultures and diversity is who we are in New Mexico and we are very blessed to have clients who come here for that very reason. ” - Stephanie Patton, Owner.
Are we a good fit?
Our little desert gem is located in the heart of Downtown Albuquerque, NM. We are within 1 mile of the Historic Route 66 (Central Ave), Old Town Plaza, 6 major museums, dozens of breweries, nightlife, neon signs, the Rio Grande River, Bosque bike and walking trails, too many good restaurants to choose from, and so much more. We enjoy strolls through the historic neighborhood, bike rides through the Bosque, enjoying beer and wine on the front porch, walking downtown, participating in the nightlife and culture, and having meaningful conversations with our guests. If you are a fan of these things then we are probably a great fit! Keep in mind we do believe in eco-friendly practices which we encourage our guests to follow as well. In an effort to do our part to help sustain our planet and environment, you will notice signage around the house with friendly reminders of how your contributions as guests help to achieve those initiatives. We are also open to suggestions, if you have an eco friendly idea that we overlooked, please share! Once again we are a mecca for art, culture, diversity, wanderlust, experience, and history so expect to be surrounded by a staff and fellow travelers who celebrate these values as well.

Why our staff Love Albuquerque
"The Desert has always been my greatest muse. There is a stunning brilliance in it’s vast sprawling beauty. Some have fantasized about it their entire life and others will not understand it until they have experienced it first-hand. Being born and raised in Albuquerque has instilled in me- a deep love and respect for culture, diversity, and the arts. Those born of the Desert Southwest are blessed with the incredible privilege of being completely immersed in these rich influences. I am incredibly grateful for the privilege of being raised with such an eclectic perspective of life. Our blend of Native, Spanish, Mexican, and Wild West Culture has so much deep history; The landscapes are panoramic; And the possibility for adventure is endless. Stay with us! Eat with us! Learn our story! Experience Albuquerque." - Krissy
